By booking a trip or using the services provided by Kantora Travel, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Booking and Payment:
- All bookings must be made through our website or via our customer service team. A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
- Full payment must be received before the trip departure date as per the terms provided during booking.
- Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the trip will result in forfeiture of the full amount paid.
- In some cases, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please refer to specific trip cancellation policies provided at the time of booking.
3. Travel Documents:
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents before departure.
- Kantora Travel is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or invalid travel documents.
4. Liability:
- Kantora Travel acts as an intermediary between you and the various service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). While we carefully select these providers, we are not responsible for any actions or omissions by them, including cancellations, delays, or other incidents beyond our control.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
5. Changes to Your Booking:
- If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, availability is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply.
6. Force Majeure:
- Kantora Travel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
